13 POINT PRE-SERVICE CHECK
- Countertops and ALL SIDES of bar are clean and free of spills
- Coolers are behind the bar. Roadcases, extra milk crates, extra h20 jugs, etc are out of site!
- Trash can is BEHIND the coolers, against wall. Coolers + trash should NOT be visible when looking at cart from the front.
- You’re on a dedicated 20 amp circuit (sharing with nobody!) and your yellow box is drawing power
- Extension cord is properly taped down
- Personal effects (including water bottles) are properly stowed away
- Two waste lines are in waste bin
- Check pump by running pitcher rinser until it activates
- Check espresso machine by running group head for 15-20 seconds
- Purge your steam wand for 15-20 seconds
- Cups are on Linea Mini - 4oz (5 high) 8oz (5 high for insulated cups) 10oz (5 high for insulated cups)
- ⭐ TIP: Keep first row of cups as "display only" so it always looks nice!
- 12oz ice cups and backup hot cups/lids are on shelf under machine
- Espresso is dialed in
